  • How do I use my Code?

    Enter the Reward Code in the designated field on the home page and hit “GET MY REWARD”.

  • The website is not working. What do I do now?

    For technical issues, please contact All Digital Rewards customer service at (866) 639-7204 from 7:00am-5:00pm AZ MT or you can request additional help by selecting the "Contact Us" link next to the "FAQs" tab in the navigation bar.

  • I received the message “Code cannot be redeemed.” What do I do now?

    Ensure that you have typed the Reward Code correctly. Watch out for easily confused letters like V, W, I and the number 1, and O and the number 0. If you discover a possible error, retry the code. If you still get the same error message, you can request additional help by contacting All Digital Rewards customer service at (866) 639-7204 from 7:00am-5:00pm AZ MT or by selecting the "Contact Us" link next to the "FAQs" tab in the navigation bar.

  • How do I confirm my redemption was successful?

    You will be presented a “Confirmation Notification” upon completion of your reward selection and an email will be sent to the email address on file. The reward type selected determines the delivery process.

  • Who pays for the shipping and handling on products ordered?

    There is no purchase necessary to receive the item selected. The cost of shipping and handling is included.

  • If I have a question regarding a transaction, who do I contact?

  • If I have a question regarding a product, who do I contact?

    Products and services presented are fulfilled through third party suppliers. The system you are accessing is the administrator of the promotion. Manufacturers warranties are provided by the company fulfilling the item you selected. If you have questions on a product, please feel free to contact Customer Service via the "Contact Us" link next to the FAQs tab in the navigation bar. Note: Return of all products must adhere to terms of Supplier.

  • I have not received my email confirmation for my reward card?

    If you have not received your email to redeem your reward please verify the reward email is not in your SPAM folder. Any further questions please refer to Customer Service at (866) 639-7204.
